This notice explains how we process the details you give us when you join the Vestra waiting list or apply to test the prototype.

Who processes your data

What we collect

Waiting list: your email address and the language of the site you're using.

Prototype testing, only if you choose to apply: first name, area, what you ride and how long your rides usually are. We don't ask anything about your health.

We also record the date and time of your consent and which version of this notice you accepted.

Why, and on what basis

To let you know when Vestra is available and, if you ask, to invite you to prototype testing. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

News about the project only reaches you if you tick the separate, optional box.

How long we keep it

If you don't confirm your sign-up, your details are deleted automatically after 7 days.

If you confirm, we keep them until launch and for [period to be defined] afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them.

Who helps us

Cloudflare (hosts the site, the database and the Turnstile anti-spam check), Resend (sends the confirmation email), [cookie-free analytics service, to be defined]. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

We never sell or hand over your data to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to receive it in a readable format and to withdraw your consent, by writing to the privacy contact.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante (garanteprivacy.it).
